As the second phase of Chennai Metro is given the green signal, the residents of Jeeva Nagar wait for better transport links, in the post-COVID-19 era. Things are bound to improve in 2021, and the property here will be come even more valuable, as a station is planned in Kumananchavadi, about 800 metres away.
At present, the residents are leading a quiet life, with some incremental housing activity taking place in this CMDA-approved layout.
